Noob Question...sorry!

I have vici installed and I added users and there was a list in there from someone else so I tried to use that. My problem is: when I login from another computer the user I created can log in and see the campaign but then it says they don't have permission.
So I guess my questions are:
Do I need a dialer?
How do I upload lists?

Sorry but this is the first time I attempted to use this

I appreciate any help

Also I'd be willing to pay for someone to remote into my computer to show me real quick how to setup and get this running

Right in the GUI you can add lists to be dialed.. Assign that list to a camp.

You will need admin access to grand your user specific access to create other users, add lists, etc
