how configure on vicibox the voice message in do not answered calls, for leads

Kernel Version 2.6.18-348.12.1.el5PAE (SMP)
Distro Name GoAutoDial CE 3.0
Single Server

this box have the carrier whith a swhitchvox 355 for outbound calls.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) I don't actually understand your question, so my advice is to check the vicidial manager's manual (free download from eflo.net, paid version also available!). Start at page one of the manual and do not skip any pages, you will eventually find what you are looking for or you'll have a fully functional server (or both).

4) If you seek Answering Machine Detection, configuration for this is available in the Campaign Detail View. Search for "AMD". There is also a "VM" button (for VoiceMail) that agents can press when they are in the TRANSFER-CONF pane of their agent window to activate the Answering Machine Message if properly configured.
