Time Clock Restrictions

Am i able to put restrictions on my time clock for agent logins?

Basicly my overall goal is so that i can setup shifts.. And a agent will NOT be able to login before their shift.

Download the manual from EFLO.net (free and paid versions available). Be SURE you test any changes by logging in as that agent before you wander off. Locking agents out by accident is only funny to us IT staff. The agent in question rarely sees the humor in that situation for some reason.

Im on a hosted server so i did get the free version (how nice of vici) when i paid the startup costs and such.

Most clients never need more than the free one, but those who want to save money in the long run purchase (and READ!) the paid version. Everything you Need for a functional server is in the Free Version. Deeper details and complex configuration to make the server "smoke", however, is in the paid version. Well worth the investment.
