Inbound calls not working on goautodial

Postby GOLDSTINE » Tue Mar 25, 2014 2:02 pm

Hello,
Please I need help with setting up inbound call to work in goautodial that I installed on vmware. I have been trying to get it right for days now but all to no avail.
Here are some of the details

[Voipswitch]
disallow=all
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=g729
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=trunkinbound
qualify=yes
trunkstyle = voip
nat=yes
host=196.216.253.39
username=lafarge
secret=lafargepw123
insecure =invite

(outbound)
exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _X.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:0}@Voipswitch,,tTo)
exten => _X.,3,Hangup

(inbound)
exten => DID1,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => DID1,2,Answer
exten => DID1,3,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_inbound.agi,CIDLOOKUPRL-----LB-----InGroup1-----DID1-----Closer-----park----------LIST_ID-----1)
exten => DID1,4,Hangup

I am trunked to voipswitch provide. I can call out to GSM numbers from an extension, but I can't get calls to come in. When I checked the voipswitch all I see when trying to call in is "Destinition ended, got reason: 404 not found.

Your response will be a motivation for me.
Thanks.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) If you have not installed g729, you should not "allow=g729" (it's not free and it's not installed by default in a free download as a direct result)

4) Post your asterisk cli output from an attempt. Read the Vicidial Manager's Manual regarding setting up inbound calls. Try the Wizard for carrier setup and/or inbound call setup from the wiki at goautodial.com (if there is one). You can also install with Vicibox instead of Goautodial (which I recommend, unless you MuST have CentOS). When you go enterprise, you'll be happier with the ability to cluster and upgrade any time you get bored to the LATEST development or trunk, even if Gardo hasn't "gotten around to it" yet.
