carrier log not work on new sip provider

Hi,
i've installed VICIbox 64-bit Standard, on an HP PROLIANT DL380, asterisk to 1.4.44-vici, vicidial 2.8-417a svn 2040.
In auto-call with my new sip' provider, i've empty carrier logs. If i use my old provider, i have carrier logs.
What should I look for?

I found the error in dialplan i set the caller id in a wrog way:

exten => _10Z.,2,Set(CALLERID(all)=055000000)

this is the right entry

exten => _10Z.,2,Set(CALLERID(num)=055000000)
