We use a spreadsheet to schedule agents and it is based on VICI data for the call history. It seems there must be a way to incorporate agent schedules into the mix. Thanks!

A few years ago a company called Lokad(
http://www.lokad.com/) had a product that integrated with Vicidial to forecast how many agents you would need for each 15 minute period in a day. I don't see that product on their website anymore, but you could probably contact them and see if one of their offerings fits in with your needs.

It's been several years since Lokad stopped offering their vicidial forecasting reporting tools, so we decided a few months ago to start working on our own forecasting reports based upon the Erlang formulas.
We just committed a couple of forecasting reports to svn/trunk. Here's a screenshot of one of them:
