Inbound park call hangup by client + term reason issue

Postby urmi.l » Fri Apr 11, 2014 4:06 am

Hello,

VERSION: 2.4-364a | Asterisk 1.4.44 | Single Server | No Extra Software After Installation | CentOS release 5.5

I have in group and its working fine. I have below query :

When I got incoming call and it is answered by free agent. Now, for some reason the agent park that call. And mean while if the caller hangup the call (before the call is again grabbed), then the term reason should be caller. But in vicidial_closer_log table shows the term_reason as "AGENT".

In fact the call is terminated by the caller. So the term_reason should be CALLER or other than AGENT. How to resolve this ? Please guide me.

-Thank you.

The first thing to do is to see if it's still broken in the latest SVN.

You are not running the latest version of the ViciDIAL software (VERSION: 2.8-432a BUILD: 140404-1007). The bug may be fixed already. This forum topic explains how SVN upgrades can be done.

I'd recommend trying it on a test server upgraded to SVN trunk and then see if you can replicate your issue on that system. If you can, well then file a bug report in the tracker. If not, you'll need to plan an upgrade of your production system(s) to at least the SVN revision where the bug was fixed.
