When the manager using VICIDIAL ADMIN goes to a campaign's REAL-TIME screen, it does not show:

DIALABLE LEADS
CALLS TODAY
AVG AGENTS
DROPPED / ANSWERED
DL DIFF
DROPPED PERCENT

However it does seems that these values are being calculated since this affect the dial level.

Is this a bug in the reports or are we doing / understanding something wrong?

I have tried ADAPT_AVERAGE, ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT and MANUAL

These should be getting generated byt the AST_VDadapt.pl script, try running it in full debug mode andpost the output:

/use/share/astguiclient/AST_VDadapt.pl --debugX
