1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) What is it you are trying to accomplish? It looks like you're trying to reinvent a wheel somewhere ... it would be simpler if you told us your ultimate goal. :) Trying to set up a phone to be able to make test calls into your call center?

Hi,

For better understanding the required Information in given as follows :

GOAutodial CE 3.0 | CentOS 5.9 | Asterisk version 1.4.39 | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

Actually I am testing inbound call on a specific purchased DID as I am able to get a call but I am not able to forward it to an inbound group. I am having purchased Manager manual also but it did not help with GoAutoDial.
Please help me to find what would be the reason for this error.

OK: So you have an inbound call on a DID from a carrier. You have managed to get the call to the server from the carrier, and apparently have the call routed to the "trunkinbound" context properly.

But when the call is passed to the DID script (agi-DID_route.agi), the script fails and the call terminates.

I think it's time to look at your DID configuration. Is it possible you have chosen the did route as "ingroup" but NOT selected the Ingroup to route the call to?

Please post your DID configuration settings (all the settings you believe are relevant). You should also have a look at the manual for how to route a DID to an Ingroup. May make it easier.

Note that if you already have the carrier configured and a destination (Ingroup, Phone, some "verified working" location in Vicidial), we only charge $25 to configure a DID.
