Hardware specification vicidial and sangoma

I have got a sangoma A116 card and i am running it with vicidial.
I am only doing only voice blast and survey , no agents

When i am using over 350 lines simultaneously , The voice begins to crack up.
I have compiled the sangoma with 40 MTU .

My server specs are
Intel QC CPU 2.0ghz*04nos
32 gb ECC REGISTERED SERVER ram,
500 gb *4 SAS hdd,

Can someone please help me with what server specs i would require. Also , what i can i do optimize my server to get better utilization.I need only voice blast and survey , no agents required.
