voice ports 5060 are closed

How we can use go autodial if ports 5060 are blocked by isp provider .is there any other way

switch to port 5061. Google it. Asterisk port 5061. Or use IAX2 (but they may also block port 4569).

and do note that "goautodial" is an installer for Vicidial. Vicibox is another installer for the same software (with more support channels and later versions of Vicidial available). Have a look. 8-)

my voice ports are blocked but when i used the proxy server soptflux it changed my ip and my voip started working on softphone zoiper,,now my point is that can i do somthing like this to goautodail server that it may be able to dial while voip posts are blocked ,i mean so say can i change ip for dialer also using proxy

yes, you can use a proxy service. but reliability and quality may be ... bad. And setting your linux dialer up to use a proxy is not as simple as setting up your desktop computer to use a proxy.
