I've had the following scenario described to me by one of my room managers. Unfortunately, I've never seen it first hand.
All of my agents will be logged in and working fine. Sometimes, when Agent X goes to take a break and logs out, the phone which Agent Y is using will get hung up. After further investigation, I've been told that prior to this happening, both agents will appear when clicking to see who is in a session at the bottom of the agent screen. I've also been told that it always seems to happen to the same pairs of agents, but this could be coincidence since it is a small room.
I thought possibly a corrupt table, but all of the tables that came to mind checked out as OK. Specifically, i checked vicidial_users, vicidial_conferences, vicidial_live_calls.
Has anybody else experienced this?
