Hello,
I am wondering what's going on with this forum?
I've asked several questions in the past month and all of them still unanswered.
Is this project dead?
What's the point of this forum if people with more experience does not bother to answer?
I understand that getting answers is a privilege, and I appreciate that, but I also know that an open source project without a community behind it is worth nothing.
We can do better here.
I don't want to stir the pot, really; I will say this again so hopefully we all can rally behind this great project:
An open source project without a community behind it is worth nothing.
Come one people, we can do better!
Thanks

I would say the project is not dead, but I know for me at least I only post when I have an answer to someones question. I don't like when people post and it doesn't help. I also try to post back when I figure something out to try to save the next guy. If you are posting stuff that has already been answered a few times people will ignore it haven't seen your other posts, but that could be why. I will also tell you that I don't get a lot of time to browse and look for questions. When I am on though I try to pick ones that have not been beaten to death. Most people on the forum tend to come around when things don't work and then disappear.

I spend most of my time on paid clients, of which we have hundreds, so I don't have much time to go in-depth into fixing forum users' issues. That is especially true if it is a carrier/network issue or someone who hasn't bothered to search for the solution to an issue that has been answered several times before.
As a blanket answer, almost all voice quality issues can be traced back to issues with: network/firewall/carrier/overloaded-server.
All of that said, I do try to check every day, and if I see something new I will try to comment on it.

The project is not dead but could use more commercial support and development - if you're unhappy with the community forum.
