Dispo Call URL Trouble

Trying to get this to work, I want to send all leads that were dispositioned with my custom status CBL to another list.

lead_id=--A--lead_id--B--&dispo=--A--dispo--B--&user=--A--user--B--&pass=--A--pass--B--&new_list_id=110&sale_status=CBL&reset_dialed=Y&log_to_file=0

I am putting this into the Dispo Call URL section in the campaign and does not work when testing. The only way I can transfer my CBL statuses to another list is through the command line ATM. But I want it done automatically! As you can see, I want them all moved to list 110. I include the local IP to the SQL server, is that correct? What am I doing wrong?

Have you looked in the URL log to see what is sent and what is received?

Am I missing a file or something? Sorry had to break apart the log and only link some parts of it. I am still considered a spammer.

maybe I am trying to connect to the wrong server? Should I try the SQL server instead of the web server?
