Is it necessary to change the dialer ip into public ip if someone want to access our dialer remotely?

coz here is my current network topology :

public ip --> router --> switch --> dialer (set on local host ip) <-- switch <-- agents

can somebody here point me out whats the correct setup..

sorry about this im just new here

This is a networking question and not related to vicidial.
With that said, it's not necessary to change the dialer ip into public ip for remote access. There are few possible ways to achive this. Ask your Networking guy which one is suitable for you according to your budget.
Some people aren't just missing a SCREW... they're missing the whole damn TOOLBOX!
