Voice Broadcast stops a while once get SIP 503 error

my spec

VERSION: 2.8-431a | BUILD: 140314-1134 | Vicidial from scratch in centos 6.5 - ray-solomon guide| no telephony cards | quad core server 8gb ram

i configured Voicebroadcast campaign with remote agents as said in vicidial manager manual
Only one remote agent and dial ration : 1

the systems is dialling perfect
but once i get SIP response of 503 service unavailable the vicidial stops dial for some minutes . and starts dial after some minutes.

is there any reason or settings to over come this isssue

How many channels do you have allocated from your carrier and how many are you trying to use concurrently?

i have more than 10 channels
and dialling only 1 simultaneous call...

Then you need to contact your carrier and ask them why they are rejecting your INVITE requests.
