Hello,
We currently have one campaign on our call center setup, but we would like to add some custom fields to the form tab for our agents to use.
For a test, we setup one choice box as shown below. We assigned it the ID '412', as well as assigning it to our one and only campaign.
On the agent screen, if the Agent were to click the Form tab, we are presented with the error:
"ERROR: no custom list fields table"
We've confirmed that the fields are showing up properly in the database, however, we cannot get the actual form to display them.
Is there a setting we're missing?
