3 way calling issue

Hello,

we are using vici dial with this version:
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

I want to know how to do 3 way calling,i can see option here as (TRANSFER)when i have 1 customer online and if i try to put 3rd party on the same line it is not going through,its shows me the option(Please contact your administrator)so i request you to help me with the issue..i want to have the option where i can be on a dialer with 1 call and at the same time want to connect to 3rd party as well.

Try this...
Click park call
click on transfer-conf
Enter number
click dial with customer
Then grabed parked call (3way),

For warm transfer: (transfer group enabled)
park call, put a checkmark on consultative, click dial with customer, grab parked call(3way).
