all about system load average.

hi can i ask something? i have 14 agents and they are ready for call. sometimes my agents have ah calls and ready for transfer to verifier but why it is over lapping? then my system load average is 3.30 2.90 2.95..
what is the possible problem?

I just inquisitive. why often the system load average increases? always a problem to us because the system load average increases but only reached him a 3.50 +
that time it well over lap.

Our server went well. have 8gb ram. i5-4440 3.10ghz. procesor, 1tb hardisk .. I was just fitted electric fan in front of the server for the board never be hot

what vicidial version are you using?
what codec are you using for your calls?
are you doing full recording on all calls?

i already solve the problem sir.. thanks for the concern. by the way, is the load average can effect to the over lapping or any cause problem in calls?

of course, high load average means unstable system like degraded call quality, agents being randomly logged off from vicidial etc etc

that's why. by the way sir, if ever can you share some links to how to stable my load average?.then for now sir my another problem is, i have lvl5 dial level.. 200 hopper lvl. then my avail time last up to 3 to 5 minutes..is any something problem on my campaign settings? or?
