Leads and lists

Hi all
i have managed to add leads and lists with the sample from the documents.
lead file entries:file.txt
100002|10001|107|1|7275551213|MR|I|P|FREELY01|249 MUNDON ROAD|||MALDON|FL||33709|USA|M|1970-01-0 ... t@test.com|nothing|COMMENTS
Now when i load a lead file..and checked in the campaign at the bottom i get this info: ..

This campaign has 1 active lists and 0 inactive lists
This campaign has 4 leads to be dialed in those lists - HIDE
This campaign has 0 leads in the dial hopper

here iam not understanding the dial hopper...and how to test the call is going or not..!
i have created a list in with 107 id and a user 7777.

Now i have tired to login in with the user 7777 in another machine..displaying an error,
"sorry there are no leads in the hopper for this campaign"
so want to know whether there is any file to load for dial hopper..
plse let me know abt this and how to test this whether its working or not...!

Iam using x-lite softphone for this..!

is the AST_VDhopperl.pl script in your crontab?

then you need to add crontab

as mentioned in the scratch installation

check again the document

i have tried again loading the lead file..but still it is showing the same..
This campaign has 1 active lists and 0 inactive lists
This campaign has 6 leads to be dialed in those lists - HIDE
This campaign has 0 leads in the dial hopper

daila hopper is 0..

Perhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.

i am using the database phpmyadmin..!
plse help me ..even when iam trying to run the .pl extensions it is giving the mysql.pm error..

can u plse give me the solution where exaclty i am making the mistake..

Hi

you need to install mysql libraries and cpan perl modules
when you installing from scratch installation

check this steps again.
