List loader - custom fields

I am unable to load leads to an existing list with custom fields in it. I am able to create a new list and upload leads to it. I am also able to upload to existing lists that don't have any custom fields in them. I have tried with small files to get the same result. The old lead loader also does the same thing. How can I fix this issue?

Have you seen anything in the Apache error_log file when you try this?

Does the custom db table schema match up to the list custom fields that you are trying to load into? Any missing fields?

I enabled PHP error logging. The apache log shows this:

Just realized that there is a field missing in the DB. How can I resolve this?

Delete the field and recreate it.
