Average Sale Time and Average Contact Time

Hello.

On Team Performance Detail, how is calculated Average Sale Time and Average Contact Time?

I was unable to find a formula for it.

Hello,
You will be able to see the formula on each php file
$average_sale_time=sec_convert(round($sales_talk_time_array[$user]/$sale_array[$user]), 'H');
$average_contact_time=sec_convert(round($contact_talk_time/$contacts), 'H');

Avg Sale time total talk time for all sales divided by total sales.
Avg Sale time total talk time for all contacts divided by total contacs.

So, 511(8:31)/1=30? (look the image)

is not a bug.
Notice,is NOT talk time divided by sales. It is total talk time handling sales, divided by sales. $average_sale_time=sec_convert(round($sales_talk_time_array[$user]/$sale_array[$user]), 'H');

Which is the "total talk time handling sales"?

It appears on this report?

It does not appear in the report.
Lets say you did 3 sales for today, and you spend 10 minutes for one sale, 15 for the second and 5 minutes for the third. You will have total SALES talk time, 30 minutes, divided by 3 sales, 10 minutes per sale average.
In other words, how many minutes average you spend for each sale
