so, which card should i install on my server...

At this point we recommend Digium PRI cards. Sangoma support has been spotty in the last few years and Digium cards are always guaranteed to work with Asterisk and Vicidial.

I have used Sangoma A102 cards in the past and not personally had any trouble. However as matt says, there have been driver issues recently.
