Hi sandro

just want to clear here is , Vici Dial is call center Suite

its not just asterisk box, if you want to just simple calls

register with VoIP provider using X-lite start making calls.

if you are looking call center, the read the agent and Manager Manual

http://server/vicidial/ is for adminstratison
http://server/agc/ for agents for the campaign

or better hire a consultant. who can explain you in better manner

Hi

if you are keen to use AGC,

you need to do some home work before you get in to production
and load balance stuff.

So this is my recomendation

0. basic reading of linux, mysql, apache.
1. Asterisk documentation, sip.conf extension.conf ( its also there in scratch_installation).
2. follow each and every step of scratch install.
3. inside there is package for load balance also
4. search archive for the loadbalancing with multiple servers
several people already doing that.
5. if you are getting whole call center suite for free of cost on open source
you can easily spend 100$ and buy manual, than requesting from others.
6. the free manuals available with low resolutions, but content is the same
once you understand with that content, and you will be able to achive what you are looking for to setup.

important thing in the forum already mentioned below URL before you ask any question.
