Hello Pejie,
Welcome to the community!
The amount of channels that your server can handle depends it depends of:
The codec you are using (G729, g711)
your actual internet speed (20TB Monthly Transfer, but this does not said the speed (down/up)

But you can have an idea of the amount of channels here:

Hello Omar,

Thanks for the reply.
Here is our internet speed:
Download: 74.53 Mbits/s
Upload: 13.62 Mbits/s

We are only using ULAW and ALAW codecs. We dont have license yet for g729 codec.

Thanks

Hello,
For Voip the better is to have symmetric Bandwith (same upload as download), because if not, your limit is defined by the lowest.
In your case 13.62 Mbits/s
For calculation, take this in consideration:

You have available 1.70 MB/s that will be used not only for Voice, but also for data transfer(web, data base, etc)
Lets said that you will have 80% available for Voip 13.62 *0.8 => 10.88 MB/s
G711 Needs at least 64 Kb/s

10880 KBs/ 64 KBs = 170 Channels
