Hi,
I've checked both agent manual and manager manual and searched the forums but i can't figure out how ViCidial determines what the dial code is when doing a blind transfer from the agent interface.
For instance we want to transfer the client to a Dutch number. The dial code for The Netherlands is 31. But we can just enter a 9 digit number without the dial code and still successfully transfer the client. So i was wondering where ViCidial is getting the 31 code from? I can't find it in the campaign or list settings.
Regards, Dennis

It's getting the dial code from the lead that you are already on the phone with.
