Logic behind ADC

Postby linuxknight » Wed Jul 02, 2014 9:30 am

Greetings, I was hoping someone could help explain what criteria needs to be met for vicidial to disposition a disconnected number as ADC?

One of our clients credits us for DC and ADC leads we purchase. They recently reported that ~40% of a recent set ADC leads I sent back were actually good numbers. Is there a facility to tweak the detection of ADC by vicidial?

Thank you,

ViciDIAL maps SIP 404 Not found messages from your carrier to ADC. If you are getting unreliable ADC statuses that is the fault of your carrier.

Im connected to my carrier via PRI lines, not sure if SIP is even in the mix here. I will ask them about this and appreciate the followup. Any further insight is welcome.

Ah, if you're using ISDN then ADC maps to cause code 1 (Unallocated).
