Disturbance in IVR

Hi all,
Am getting Disturbance when i Call to IVR system, Both welcome call menu and call menu options. But its coming good when menu prompts Repeat.
Any idea...???

1) What is a "disturbance"?
2) How did you install your system? (Vicibox? What version of the installer did you use?)
3) How long does the disturbance last? If it's only a couple seconds, you could introduce a 2 second "wait" before sending the call to the IVR ...?
4) How is the IVR configured? It's entirely possible that your first recording is just corrupted.

thanks for the Replay, its problem with audio conversion.
its working fine after converting through http://my.digium.com/en/products/ivr/audio-converter/ website.
