Hi all,
Am setting call time to 9am to 8pm. after hours am forwarding call to Voice-mail.
i have created voicemail box and added e-mail address also but when customer entering voice mail option only call getting automatically Disconnecting.
Any idea..????

did you upload an audio file to play for voice mail?
Or try create a phone/sip and point to it for after hours.(make sure the phone/sip was not configured to any phone) See if voicemail will play succesfully.
