[SOLVED] EXPORT CALLS FOR INBOUND NOT WORKING

Postby covarrubiasgg » Thu Jul 17, 2014 7:35 pm

INSTALLATION METHOD - Vicibox 6.0 - Single Server Install - VICIDIAL VERSION: 2.10-448a BUILD: 140706-0927 . Asterisk: 1.8.28.2-vici
HARDWARE: Not Sure Its a HP Server, cpuinfo show 8 x CPU E3-1240, 8GB ECC RAM and RAID 5 with 3 SCSI disks over a HP controller
MANUAL VERSION: MANAGER 2.9 (FULL) AGENT 2.7 (FULL)

This is the most problematic box i have ever install

When i try to run a Export Calls Report for a specific INBOUNDGROUP, i have only a few calls compared with what the INBOUND report is showing.

For example, if a run an INBOUND REPORT for the last weekend i can see 97 calls
Code: Select all
Time range: 2014-07-12 00:00:00 to 2014-07-12 23:59:59

---------- TOTALS
Total calls taken in to this In-Group:                97
Average Call Length for all Calls:                   243 seconds
Answered Calls:                                       83  86%
Average queue time for Answered Calls:              0.01 seconds
Calls taken into the IVR for this In-Group:            0

Then i go to EXPORT CALL REPORTS, select the same date and ONLY SELECT THE INBOUNDGROUP i only got 19 records in the downloaded file.

The most ridiculous thing is that i run the same report 3 days ago and it was showing the right data. Even more ridiculous, the Outbound records are fine, if i run an Outbound report it shows 8439 Calls, and the export trows me 8439 records.

I have done several Vicidial setups in the past 4 years, but this server is the most problematic, well at least the calls are working

BTW in this new version i cant no longer see the URL to generate the report, before i remember i could get the URL with all the GET Data, but now i click Submit and take directly to the Download

Other issues related with the same box.

Sounds like somthing's seriously wrong with that install. Can't say I've ever run into those problems on a new install before.

The Inbound report was changed from GET to POST because we have clients with over 1000 in-groups and you can't have that long of a GET URL, so it was changed.

I though the same, and i have re-installed, actually i upgraded from Vicibox 5.0.3 to Vicibox 6.0, i only did a backup to the database and restore it, i did not restore any files, or any configuration besides the database (Yes, i check the DB scheme was the same on both )

I am fearing that i will have to do a fresh install without back-up
