"unable to reserve frame buffer memory. is there another frame buffer active"
Every time I reboot my server it is showing the error before the root login.
Is this bad?

It sounds like the graphical console doesn't work on your hardware. You can disable it by changing your default boot options in grub.

No. It's a server. How often do you use the console anyway?
