Vicidial Inbound did drop call status not showing

Hi Team,

Thanks for your cutting edge technology telecom vicidial softwares. Good rocking job keep on doing

I have configured inbound calls routed via DID to Phone . Unable to view status of missed calls .


But it was working fine DID to ingroup missed calls . while search for a lead status = drop

below steps have did to view did drop calls status find . If im wrong guide me how to pls
