Strange behavior in loading new loads

Hi,
I just experienced a strange problem with vicidial. I have just installed vicidial from the scratch according to instructions from Ray Solomon. But there is a strange behavior in loading new leads. When I´m logged in with the default admin account everything is fine. But the function "load new loads" opens a popup asking login and password though I´m logged in as the admin. But every known login and pass phrase is not working. What can cause this problem?

Check the following settings
Goto Users
Click on the your admin user
Under Admin User interface-> Load Leads value to 1

You need to set all the values to 1 for your admin user under admin user interface.

Thank you for your post but this won´t help me.
Load leads value is already 1 and user level is at the maximum 9.
What else could cause this problem?

1) Please post a link to the instructions used (mangle it if necessary to post, add spaces so it's not a true link until they are removed). This way if there is a similar problem with other users ... the trend will be recognized by that link.
2) The ONLY reason that a popup would ask your credentials to get to a page when you are already logged in is that your user/pass/realm do not have permission to access that page. So: Either your user is missing a permission ... or your user/pass are not correct for some other reason. Such as, this link takes you to a different realm.
3) To be clear: This is not a "function" it's a "link". You should probably post the link in question (and note any differences in this link vs any other link in your system ... if any). We don't need the root IP or domain, just everything else and a note that the root domain or IP is different on this vs other links if that's true.
4) WHY did you not install with Vicibox? (This often leads us to resolve issues ... and sometimes results in "What's Vicibox?" which is often even more helpful than anything else here).

Nothing helped me. But now I figured out the reason for this problem. Somehow the "admin listloader php" didn't recognize my password. There seems to be a problem with passwords using special characters. In my case there was "_" char in my password, which makes problems in the authorization. For the next time we will know .
