Hi,

Is this possible? if yes, how?

DID -> ingroup -> 100(SIP) if not answered for 20 secs will route to -> 101&102(sip) -> vm(if not answered)

1st You should create a custom dial plan entry that looks something like this:

Code: Select all
exten => 101010,1,Dial(SIP/100,TtoR, 20)
exten => 101010,2,Dial(SIP/101&SIP/102,TtoR, 20)
exten => 101010,3,Voicemail(101@default)


2nd You should set DROP Action to EXTEN in the INGROUP, you can also do it with No Agent No Queue Action or even the Estimated Hold Time Option:

3rd You should set 101010 for DROP EXTEN, or Extension: in No Agent No Queue Action or Hold Time Option Extension:
