api.php and recording

Hi,

I am trying to use api.php as it comes with Vicidial 2.4rc2 but it looks like the
recording functionality is not in there as of that version.

Can I use a newer api.php?

Is there a newer, more stable version than 2.4rc2 already downloadble that I missed?

Yes, 2.7 and 2.9 are both newer and are both available on the download page for the project:
