Is there a way to find out what calls were blind transferred, and by which agent?
Not sure if this is a general or support question.

There is no specific report for this, but you can figure it out by looking in the logs for each transfer.

What would be the best way to find each call in the logs?

If the agent used one of the presets, then the blind transfer will show up in the user_call_log table. If they did not then you would have to look up the call transfer in the screenlog.0 file on the asterisk server based upon the channel of the call that you can find in the vicidial_log table or vicidial_closer_log table.
