i have setup an new System on single Server System with Vicibox-express. The Version is 6.0.1 and the Server is an 16 Core IBM with 32 GB Ram an 4 500GB.
the installallation was very easy and i have use vicidial the last 2 years with the version 3.15. I have read the manual und have 1 Problem and find no answers here and not in the Manual.
The Agent fill the comments Box with own things and set a status for example CallBK. Then came the Lead in and the comments box is empty. In the table vicidial_list is a column where in the old system the comments are saved. i show with the Query Browser in this list and there is nothing. now i put some text in the Query Browser in it and call the lead in the agent mask. then i see the comment, but now i close the lead with status and show again all is empty... also in the query browser no comments.
Now i see a table with the name vicidial_callbacks and here all comments in... Now i dont know what i have to do... pls help me
