Problem with new call colour identification

Hello!

We use Vici for call centre functioning. As we have different tasks and accordingly different phone numbers to receive calls.

I've created new DIDs and new In-group with command "Copy DIDs" and "Copy In-group".

All commands have been done successfully, we have dial-up for all numbers, BUT colours don't change on the agent desctop :( , we have only "yellow" for all tasks and in-groups.

Help me pls to correct this situation.

Probably it's a very hard & unknown question that nobody can answer :roll:

You didn't tell us the admin.php version and build of your system or how you installed it.
