External 3-Way Transfer Log

Postby retloc » Fri Aug 29, 2014 4:56 pm

Using ViciBox5.x86_64-5.0.3
VERSION: 2.8-411a
BUILD: 130915-0045
Asterisk 1.8.23.0

Hello.

I am trying to find out how vicidial logs 3-way transfer calls. I see manual dial calls in vicidial_log but I dont see how to identify the calls that are external transfers to a certain number.

I also checked vicidial_xfer_log but that only contains internal CLOSER xfers...

I need to find out what agent is transferring customers to a specific number.

Thank you

depending on how the transfers are happening, it might be in the user call log.

Thanks for the reply Matt. I do not seem to have a user call log. Just Call_log, vicidial_user_log, and vicidial_user_closer_log. Am I missing something?

The transfers I believe are being blind transferred to a external DID.

I think I found it.

I found the dialed number in call_log

Joined the caller_code from call_log to dial_log. Found the lead_id

found the user with matching lead_id in vicidial_log
