[SOLVED] blended option not available to agents

When logging in, agents do not have the blended option available to them. The Agent Choose Blended option is set to 1 and Allow Inbound and Blended is set to Y. Is there anything else I should verify?

You did not provide your installation version (Vicibox x.x.x). This helps when there's a bug in the installer.

Is this campaign autodial? (Ratio or one of the Adapt dial methods ...)

Yes, I did, and they are available at time of login.

I did a test install and was able to reproduce the problem doing an express installation using ViciBox5.x86_64-5.0.2.preload.iso and not allowing the process to do an SVN checkout by disabling WAN on router (it is possible I did not have internet access when doing the production system install, I don't recall). Here are screenshots of the different screens on the system showing configurations, the result of the config and/or vicidial/agc version.

The reason the test install didnt work was because I had set the campaign to inbound_man instead of ratio. However, production install still doesnt work; it is set to ratio.

The problem seems to have been caused by an issue with MySQL. I repaired all the tables and now the blended option is available.
