How do I route all incoming on my DID to a group of phones.
Everything is working in the server and process is live. I am able to route inbound calls from a did to a specific phone. I want to do it for all the phones, I want that agents do not need to log on to agent screen. We are using xlite.

Use remote agents

Create an inbound campaign, Ingroups (set to ring_all), Users with numbers only, create remote agents and add the inbound campaign and the ingroups. Don't forget to enable On-Hook agents - this where the exciting part begins
