Hi there,

I would like to improve on how we deal with dropped calls. Currently we “Hangup” dropped calls.

I would like to know if it is possible to send a dropped call to a pre-recorded message that says, “please stay on the line while we connect you to the next available agent”. It then parks the call while playing hold music until an agent in that campaign becomes available.

Is anyone able to give me step by step instructions?

I am using the Vicidial interface.
