I need a general point in the right direction. I would like to know the best way on reporting on transfers to third party call centres? Is there a way to report on which calls were transferred and to where? There is an additional requirement to see the CDR detail for transferred calls... I have enabled CDR logging in asterisk and should be able to get somewhere here, but I am sure this problem has been solved before.
