1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

goautodial an the installer for Vicidial (like Vicibox.com but not supported by The Vicidial Group). Nice that you posted the installer version, but you must post the Vicidial Version with Build: When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) the interface you are talking about might be webmin, but it is not installed by default, it is on port 10000 if you got it installed with the default port
I cant see anything the crontab that runs 11"30', what happens when it hangs, the whole system with a kernel panic or just asterisk? check the systemlog when it hangs, like this: tail -f /var/log/messages and wait for 11"30'

Re: cron jobs from web interface

Postby RukuBaruku » Tue Sep 09, 2014 2:39 am

mayby the problem is not cron job.
I was checking asterisk -r and there are a lot of errors with auto destruct.
4214 __sip_autodestruct: Autodestruct on dialog 'ZDgxYTk4ZTNhY2FjYWI2YTRkNGI3NWJlMTc3MzI4MzM.' with owner SIP/cc156-000048e3 in place (Method: BYE). Rescheduling destruction for 10000 ms
and checking on forum i found an issue "After 3 hours of working there are a lot of errors and process AST_update.pl goes to 100% cpu utilization."

that is probably the problem, the system gets overloaded with dialoges that gets piled up.

check in the vicidial admin interface "Admin - Servers - (the asterisk server) - Asterisk Version" that the version there is the same as the version of asterisk you are running.

maybe its the hard drive like in the topic you linked.. maybe just a reinstall would help

look in the asterisk log in the beginning if there is anything else mentioned before "Autodestruct on dialog..." starts.

sounds like some kind of bug. when did this start to happen? after a upgrade or something like that?
