Callback problem

vicidial VERSION: 2.4-350a

Some of my agents suddenly the callback list disappeared,
i checked their user again on vicidial and on database also settings are given correctly for call backs
and their campaign the same.
other agents with exactly same configurations can see their callback lists without problems on same campaign

any idea :S ?

maybe some bad content in the fields for a callback,
maybe a ; or ' or " or something in the comments, use phpmyadmin to check all callbacks for a user with the problem
and maybe join with vicidial_list to check the fields there too

thank you for your reply!
i checked the tables,
it didnt happen with only one user,
i have 50
it happened with around 10 all the sudden and the rest are okay
i checked their callback records all seems normal.
