vicidial survey campaign

please help me to find what is vicidial survey campaign.
Since i have to configure a survey for incoming caller.
When call finishes the agent can transfer call to survey if caller give permission where the calling party can rate 1 for like and 2 for dislike.
And report of the call should come with agent who attended the call.

You should check out the call-menu feature. From there post a more specific question.
