API call add_lead + duplicate check DUPSYS

Hello,

is there a way to use the DUPSYS when adding leads via the API and NOT check against the INACTIVE lists?
we use some Inactive lists for our dead / duplicate leads which were accidently generated by some faulty api-calls and there might be some phonenumbers the dupcheck would notice...

Currently that is not an option, but I'm sure it could be added.

The best course of action is to create a new Issue Tracker ticket and then add your patch to this ticket for review and eventual inclusion in the codebase.
