Hello everyone!
I am using vicidial and eyebeam for my business, but I wanted to know how can the number that is displayed in the clients phones when I call them. I want to set a custom number, if it is possible.
Any help would be appreciated!
Also, when I log in as a Administrator, in the Administrator panel, I can see only Reports, not the other setting. I am having problems to see my agents in call and to monitor them. I read here you have to change the settings in user settings in the administration panel, but this panel shows only the Reports.
