Hello!
I am having a problem - my agents are not displayed in the Report session, in order to listen to them (monitor). When I log in as a Administrator, in the Administrator panel, I can see only Reports, not the other setting. I am having problems to see my agents in call and to monitor them. I read here you have to change the settings in user settings in the administration panel, but this panel shows only the Reports.
Any help please?

Are you referring to the Real Time Report? You must have permission to view that report and have the proper Admin permissions to monitor. Are you the main and only admin on this account or do you have a limited permissions Admin log-in?
