I can Barge but not Listen

Hello,
I'm a beginner in Vicidial and Asterisk, i already saw answers in this topic but can't employ it.
I can Barge a conversation but not listening, it tells me SUCCESS but the phone is not ringing, i'm a beginner so i don't know how to access to bugs, neither change parameters, and i need help.
I have a network with 20 hosts, xlite installed, server goautodial "VERSION: 2.9-441a BUILD: 140612-1628", everything work properly except Listen option.
